The Tissot Seastar quartz is one of the most underrated references of the late 1970s — a Santos-inspired design executed with Swiss precision and a level of detail that holds up against far more expensive contemporaries. Cushion-shaped octagonal case with a gold-tone bezel secured by exposed gold screws, a white dial with Roman numeral indices, and a date window at 3 o'clock.
The case is fully unpolished with factory brushed and polished surfaces intact — the contrast between the two finishes is immaculate and rarely survives this well. The original integrated bracelet carries the same design language as the case: brushed steel links with gold-tone rivets running the full length, terminating in the original Tissot-signed deployment clasp. A complete, coherent, and exceptionally well-preserved example.
