Returns / Exchanges

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Goods

Due to the nature of bespoke and made-to-order work, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, as each piece is handmade specifically for you.

I’m always open to a conversation, but at this stage I’m a small-scale maker, not a large brand holding inventory.

Watches

All watch returns or exchanges are issued as store credit only.

If there is an issue with your watch, please email hello@demir.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

If an exchange is approved, the watch must be returned at the buyer’s expense, fully insured, with signature confirmation, and tracking provided via email.

I am here for my customers & review all watches for quality control + replaced batteries. If there is something faulty going on with the watch do not hesitate to reach out.
