Returns / Exchanges

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Goods

Due to the nature of bespoke and made-to-order work, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted, as each piece is handmade specifically for you.

I’m always open to a conversation, but at this stage I’m a small-scale maker, not a large brand holding inventory.

Watches

All watch returns or exchanges are issued as store credit only. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

If there is an issue with your watch, please email hello@demir.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

If an exchange is approved, the watch must be returned at the buyer’s expense, fully insured, with signature confirmation, and tracking provided via email.

I am here for my customers & review all watches for quality control + replaced batteries.

If there is something faulty going on with the watch do not hesitate to reach out.
