Fulfillment:

Orders placed will be fulfilled in the order they are received

Orders are shipped every Monday (only) - please refrain from contacting Demir about order deliver dates, all delivery information will be automatically emailed to you when tracking information is available. If you haven't yet received delivery information and you think there may be an error please contact sales@demir.shop.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

In most cases all sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Email your return / exchange request to hello@demir.shop within 15 days of purchase and our returns department will get back to you within two business days.

 

Order Cancelations:

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so here. Sign into your account & click edit or cancel under your orders & follow the prompts.

Understand that canceling your order relinquishes your position in the production & fulfillment queue.

 

Broken Goods & Our Lifetime Guarantee:

Should you happen to break a Demir in-house item, we got your back. All handmade & made to order items are designed to be repairable. Should this happen please submit your repair request to sales@demir.shop. We strive to help as much a possible.

Demir is not obligated to repair, restore, or refurbish any vintage watches sold through us. All used watch sales are final & as is. Should something come up we have a handful of certified watch repair service centers we utilize and are happy to assist in repairs at the cost of the owners expense.
