Study of Color - CS2237

Color studies are part of my ongoing daily practice—small explorations of emotion, movement, and atmosphere through paint. Each one is its own moment: a test of palette, instinct, and composition. Fast, honest, and intentional.

These studies are where all my larger work begins. I paint them to discover something—an unexpected harmony, a tension, a spark—that could lead to a full canvas down the line. Whatever you see in them is always the right interpretation. That’s the conversation.

Every color study is hand-painted, one at a time. No prints, no duplicates. A one-of-one original selected at random and shipped straight from my studio.
