In the late 1970s, the Royal Oak silhouette designed by Gerald Genta for Audemars Piguet had already rewritten the rules of luxury sport watchmaking. Seiko, never one to ignore a cultural moment, answered with the SQ Sports 100 — an octagonal-bezel, integrated-bracelet quartz that drew unmistakable inspiration from Genta's landmark design, executed with Japanese precision at a fraction of the price.

Special Note: Wearing its original Seiko bracelet — a wide, flat-link steel that flows directly from the case lugs in true integrated fashion, just as Genta intended for the Royal Oak. The case is completely unpolished, preserving every original brushed surface and the sharp geometry of the octagonal bezel. This is a very rare watch — the SQ Sports 100 in this configuration is highly sought after by collectors who understand its design lineage and the story it tells. A genuine neo-vintage grail for those in the know.
