Seiko has been doing this since 1881 out of Tokyo. Over 140 years deep and still running — that's not a legacy, that's a dynasty.
This is a rectangular dress piece from Seiko's quartz era — late '70s to early '80s, when they were building cases like architecture. Clean black lacquer dial. Gold crosshair hour markers. Sword hands. And then those lugs. Stepped, pillar-style corners that lift the case off the bracelet and give it a silhouette that photographs insane and wears even better. Most watches in this price range are trying to have a personality. This one just does.
Original expansion bracelet, wears slim against the wrist. The kind of piece you reach for when you want something that reads sharp without trying too hard.
