Favre-Leuba is one of the oldest Swiss watch brands in existence, founded in 1737 in Le Locle — making it over 285 years deep in the game before most watch brands were even a thought. The brand had a legendary run producing dress watches, tool watches, and everything in between, before eventually going dormant in the late 20th century. After decades of silence, Favre-Leuba was revived in 2011 under new ownership and attempted a comeback — but ultimately ceased production again around 2020, closing the chapter on active manufacturing.

What you're looking at is a piece from the brand's golden era —  elegant mechanical tool/dress watch wearing one of the most satisfying case shapes I've come across. Tonneau meets octagonal, with those chamfered edges catching light in all the right ways.

I'm personally obsessed with the case shape and think this thing would absolutely go off on a green leather strap — but it ships on the original bracelet, and that decision is yours to make.

Bracelet Fit: Adjustable bracelet, comfortably fitting my 17.5cm wrist or smaller.

Movement: Manual wind mechanical. Runs fast — you'll want to set the time each morning when you wind it, which honestly is part of the ritual with a watch like this.

Shipping: All packages are shipped insured with signature confirmation. International shipping via DHL; duties and taxes are collected during checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns: No refunds, only exchanges/store credit – vintage watches are not suitable for water or rough activities. They are durable as they have survived 30+ years of life but should be treated as such.
