Elgin has a long American watchmaking legacy stretching back to the 1860s — and by the neo-vintage era, the brand had evolved into producing some of the most visually distinctive quartz pieces of the period. This example is a testament to that.

Special Note: The bracelet on this Elgin is, arguably, one of the best-designed bracelets to come out of the neo-vintage era. Wide, flat panels of brushed steel are etched with flowing wave lines and accented with a single gold-tone stripe running through each link — a pattern that is sculptural, rhythmic, and completely of its time. It wears like jewelry. The case is completely unpolished, preserving every original surface. The white dial is clean and minimal — applied baton indices, gold-toned hands, and the Elgin name and anchor logo at 12 o'clock. The Elgin clasp is engraved in brushed steel, a quiet finish to a bracelet that speaks for itself.
