The Citizen Exceed is a rare artifact from Japan's neo-vintage quartz era — a time when precision engineering met razor-thin elegance. Traditionally marketed towards women, its compact dial size is now exactly what the moment calls for. Tiny watches are in, and this one does it with authority.

Special Note: This is a rare find. The Exceed line sat at the top of Citizen's domestic lineup — understated in size but overbuilt in quality. The jet-black dial drinks in light and gives back gold, with applied Roman numerals and baton indices that feel more Cartier than quartz. The two-tone integrated bracelet — silver links with gold accent rails — locks the whole thing together in a way that feels intentional, not accidental. The Exceed logo clasp on the reverse is a quiet flex. Wear it small, wear it sharp.
