Alba launched in 1979 as Seiko's fashion-forward sub-brand — think Tudor to Rolex but make it Japanese. Positioned to be "below" standard Seiko pricing. Below. Can you believe that? Because this thing does not dress like it got the budget memo.
How have I never seen this watch? Black and gold is so hot and like I said — how. The feel is unmatched. Textured black dial, gold subdial sitting at 6 doing whatever it wants, all-black case with that geometric octagonal shape. They do not make them like this anymore and that's just facts. Wow.
Bracelet Fit: Adjustable bracelet, comfortably fitting my 17.5cm wrist or smaller.
