Question How do reruns work?
AnswerIf you don’t like your product or there is something wrong, no worries, shoot us an email with your order number & reason for return. We will provide you with a shipping address to send the product back (return shipping cost is on the customer). As soon as we receive the product we will give you a full refund.

  • Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Original tags must be still on the product & it must be unworn.
  • There are no refunds for made to order products.
  • Refund processing can take up to seven days upon receiving the product back.

Question Lifetime Guarantee?
AnswerDemir offers a lifetime guarantee on select products. This guarantee does not cover accidental loss, theft, or excessive wear and tear. Demir can only replace in-house items manufactured through Demir. All separate vendor items are not covered by Demir’s in-house warranty. All  replacement requests are subject to review before approval and may be declined.

Guaranteed items / conditions are as follows:

  • Accessories such as jewelry & key-rings
  • Baseball hat closures
  • Leather good stitching
  • Seams & closures.
  • Replacement processing can take up to seven days upon receiving the product back to Demir for replacement.

Non-guaranteed items / conditions are as follows:

  • Products received though a promotional giveaway.
  • Wearable soft goods
  • Shirts
  • Jackets
  • Beanies
  • Excessive wear and tear
  • Spills, stains, loss, theft, rips and tears in fabric / material.

Question Why do orders outside the USA have shipping fees.
AnswerWhile we love that we can provide free shipping for most orders, the simple answer is that overseas shipping is currently too expensive for Demir to cover.
